Over 12 weeks, at 2-3 hours a week, you'll work in three phases. Learn: a live induction plus five self-paced modules that build AI literacy and map a real workflow from your role. Practice: five live, two-hour labs applying leading AI tools to that workflow. Prove: run a pilot in your own workplace and present it at a live peer showcase.
Choose a real workflow from your role and develop a practical plan for improving it with AI. You’ll build the plan throughout the program, test it through a small workplace pilot, and refine it using tutor and peer feedback.
Take part in five live experimentation labs covering text and analysis, visual and multimedia creation, research and data, workflow automation, and agentic AI. Every activity is connected to your own work rather than a generic case study.
