How Franciele Built an End-to-End Learning Design Process

Franciele enrolled in the Certified Digital Learning Professional (CDLP) program because she wanted a learning experience that went beyond theory.

She was looking for a program with a strong international reputation, but more importantly, one that was practical and hands-on. She wanted tools she could apply immediately in her L&D role, and she found that DLI delivered exactly that.

She describes her experience as: “Insightful, practical, and transformative.”

Why Franciele Enrolled in the CDLP Program

Franciele chose the CDLP because she wanted a clear foundation in learning design, with structure she could bring into her day-to-day work.

“I chose the Digital Learning Institute because of its strong international reputation and its practical, hands-on approach. I was looking for a program that went beyond the theory and gave me tools that I could apply immediately in my role.”

She wanted to strengthen how she designs learning experiences with more intention and confidence, and the program helped her do exactly that.

A Favorite Pathway: Learning Design

For Franciele, the Learning Design pathway was the standout part of the program.

“The learning design pathway was my favorite. It gave me a structured way of thinking on how to design meaningful experiences from start to finish.”

It helped her connect theory to real practice, and become more intentional across every step of her design work.

“It helped me elevate my approach to connect theory with real practice and become much more intentional in every step of the design process.”

Applying What She Learned in Real Work

Franciele has already applied the course frameworks and tools in concrete ways across her role.

“The course gave me a structured design mindset that now I can use in all my L&D projects from planning to analysis, prototyping and evaluation.”

One of the biggest examples was her work on a company Disability Awareness initiative, where she contributed within the design pillar.

“I was able to bring in the frameworks, tools and the methodologies from the program and apply them directly to the project.”

Overall, she says the program elevated how she shows up in her role and expanded the impact she’s able to make.
