What Learners Say About the Learning Design CE Sprint
Share This Post
Here’s what January’s Continuing Education (CE) Learning Design Sprint sounded like from the people who completed it: clear structure, practical problem-solving, and a genuinely supportive community. Each learner describes how the sprint helped them turn ideas into something concrete - with feedback, discussion, and a real sense of momentum to keep learning month by month.
Chris Baxter
Clear setup, clear instructions, and a real community vibe. He valued discussing ideas in breakouts, learning from others’ work, and getting feedback - and says don’t be intimidated, it’s supportive and manageable.
Robyn McCall
Loved the sprint flow from launch to learning inputs to final showcase. The highlight was building a prototype and getting feedback, plus seeing others’ ideas - especially valuable as someone entering the field.
Kat Martinez
Enjoyed the challenge-based problem solving and the social learning (even as an introvert). She valued learning from experts + the community and said the environment was friendly, fun, and helped her grow.
Sara Zeleski
Sara describes the sprints as a simple way to turn each module into practice. She likes that it’s only about an hour, that you meet others doing the same sprint, and that the discussion + feedback helps clarify your thinking and learn from different perspectives. She also valued giving and receiving peer feedback, and says the sprints are “worth it” because they help you apply what you’ve learned straight away
