Purchase Orders

Please let us know if your organisation issues purchase order numbers (PO) to vendors. If so, we require a valid PO before this project commences. We cannot confirm any dates or begin work without a valid PO, or written confirmation from you that one is not required for this project.

Payment

Invoices are issued in euros. 50% of the programme fee will be issued at the start of the contract and 50% at the completion of the programme.

Fees are based on a cost per person format. The cost per person is inclusive of all the interventions outlined in the relevant costing summary.

Invoices are required to be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Credit terms are dictated by the most recent EU legislation (See below).

Re: European Communities (Late Payments Directive Update November 2010)

Statutory Instrument No 388 of 2022.

The above Regulations were updated November 2010 and will apply to all relevant transactions on or after that date. The Regulations state that a mandatory 30-day payment period will apply in the absence of a written contract specifying an alternative payment period.

In order to adhere to the regulations in respect of payment tour suppliers, all sales invoiced issued by us must be settled on or with 30 days unless specified otherwise. Invoices settled outside of these terms are liable to incur interest penalties at the rate of the European Central Bank plus 8%.

Validity Period

Digital Learning Institute confirms that any proposal received is valid for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of submission.

Cancellations

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 3 days before the live course induction will be processed without a penalty, and a full refund will be received.

Cancellations made between 1 – 3 days before the live course induction will be subject to a charge of 50% of the course fee, with the remaining 50% to be refunded.

Cancellations made on the day of the live course induction, or during the duration of the course, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the course fee, with no refund.

To ensure you receive a full refund on a cancellation, please provide notice of cancellation 3 or more days prior to the live course induction.

Course fee payments issued by Digital Learning Institute Ltd to the course participant (or company / sponsor responsible for the payment of the course participant) which are due to be received during the course duration are subject to the same cancellation terms stipulated above.

Online Material Access

Upon completion of the either the Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design or Professional Certificate in Instructional Design, learners will have continued access to the online content and resources made available during the course for 4 months.

The completion date is marked as the final virtual classroom date in the respective course.
